Ø      We pledge to offer competitive group rates for production companies and to see that a production office is available with the following amenities:

Suite of rooms (work space and bedroom) with a conference table if possible

(or a separate office option)

Multiple land lines (at least 2)

High Speed Internet

24 hour access to a business center with fax, internet and copy machine

Ø      We pledge to accommodate a production company's need for early crew breakfast and late crew dinners

Ø      We pledge to provide shuttle service from/ to the nearest airport

Ø      We pledge to provide a list of local vendors such as:

Grocery stores

Drug Stores

Restaurants

Gas Stations

Dry Cleaners

Florists

Spas & Fitness Centers (if not available on site)

Hardware/Electrical/Plumbing Stores

Police/Fire and Hospital Services

with special emphasis on 24 hour facilities

Ø      We pledge to provide secure parking for a production's

equipment vehicles

Ø      We pledge to make available first floor rooms (or easy access) for members of the crew who must roll in equipment trolleys for overnight storage or provide a secure ‘staging area' for this equipment.

We pledge to work cooperatively with local and state film office representatives to make sure film companies want to return!
