Being FILM FRIENDLY is a state of mind as well as a way of doing business. If you are interested in becoming certified FILM FRIENDLY join in one of our coming seminars.
We offer half-day, one, or two day courses at a reasonable price. Joining Film Friendly Michigan earns you a sticker for the year - indicating that you have gained knowledge and will be pro-active, pro-film and pro-Michigan! You'll be able to use the sticker electronically as well, on your website or on literature. Stickers are updated annually.

 Michigan's film incentives have made this state the number 1 best place to make movies. Since April 7, 2008, moviemakers have arrived here to make films. Over $250 million dollars is projected to be spent on filmmaking in Michigan before the end of the year.
How do you get involved as a business or community that wants to participate in this new economy? And how do you find out what kinds of services filmmakers expect and need? How do you deliver them?
Film Friendly Michigan educates and informs communities throughout the State of Michigan about how to attract and effectively work with commercial and feature film companies.
Our course serves municipalities, economic development agencies (including convention bureaus and chambers of commerce) and individual businesses with the information that will allow them to maximize opportunities "When Hollywood Comes to Town." |
